ESR – Can’t seem to find the option

I gave my GMAT on 19/02/2020 and scored 650. In order to improve and bump this up by another 70 points, I need to obtain the ESR as has been suggested by experts here. But when i login into my mba.com account, under the status tab, it shows «Cancel score». Do i need to wait more for the option (…)
